The Promoters

The Ramdenee Group, a local Group of Companies,
was established in the early 60’s. Its major activities
were the import and distribution of basic foodstuffs at
both the wholesale and retail levels.
Today the Group
has grown and is a major player in the agro-industry
sector and owns extensive portions of land for sugar
cane plantation.
The group is one of the leading groups in the
distribution of foodstuffs.
The Ramdenee Group is
actively present in various activities such as in refi ning
edible oils, the manufacturing of margarine, the
processing of fi sh, the production of aggregates and
blocks and the importation of tyres, rice and edible
oils and are associated to leading brands such as
PIRELLI, KOHINOOR and RAJAH.
The Ramdenee Group is also present in Madagascar
with investments in an edible-oil refi nery and has now
diversifi ed its activities notably in the tourism sector
and with their fi rst IRS project “La Balise Marina”.

Seeff Properties is well established both locally and
internationally and is a recognised Global Brand
with over 200 offices in South Africa, Namibia,
Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mauritius. There are over
2,600 agents actively working for the company to
